Join us for a day of encouraging diversity in the Open Source world. A mix of talks and open discussion will help attendees identify biases and learn ways to break down barriers, invisible or blatant.

• 13:00 - Guided Discussion
  Why Diversity? Encouraging Diversity Into Open Source
• 14:00 - Mini-Talks
  Participants are invited to submit ideas for a short (10-15 minute) talk or discussion point about Diversity issues.

Registration is not required but is strongly encouraged. In the event the room fills people who have registered will be given preference.
