Book your room early!

The Ohio LinuxFest is proud to announce that the Hyatt Regency Columbus will be our official hotel of the Ohio LinuxFest. Book today. Guest rooms for 1-4 people are available for the entire weekend of September 25-27. It will also be the venue for OLFU 2009 on Friday September 25, the after-party on Saturday September 26, and the Women in Open Source Workshop on September 27.
Why should you stay at the Hyatt Regency Columbus?
1. You will be as close to the action at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on the day of the main conference on Saturday September 26.
2. The room rate is $99/night - which includes parking and breakfast. You can't beat that in downtown/arena district Columbus.
3. Be in stumbling distance from the after party to your room. I know I'll be exhausted.
4. Taking an OLFU class? Cool. Just roll out of bed and come downstairs.
5. Every room sold helps support the conference.

Re: Why the change?
The Hyatt is closest possible hotel, cost less money than the Drury, and includes free parking. It was the best bid for our guests. If you want to stay somewhere else then you are welcome to do so. Since the Hyatt provides so many amenities for a great price, I have no idea why anyone would want to stay anywhere else.

Why the change?
If you don't mind my asking, why the change in "official hotel"? My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Druery last year and were both planning on attending again this year.
