Speaker & booth applications confirmation when?

Howdy,
I am with the Haiku project (www.haiku-os.org). We recently applied for an application for a .org booth and a speaker spot, and we would like to know when we can expect to get confirmation for both of our applications. We want to have at least an idea, as some of our developers are coming from overseas, and need to plan their trip way in advance.
I have sent several emails to the addresses noted in the Contact page of this website, but to no avail.
Who should I contact and by what means?
