Ohio LinuxFest FARK Party, Friday September 28th

The Ohio LinuxFest is exited to announce a FARK [1] party with Drew Curtis. In addition to serving
as master of ceremonies for afternoon keynote speaker Bradley M. Kuhn, Drew
will be on hand for an OLF FARK party on Friday, September 28
hosted at Barley's Brewing Company [2].

Barley's knows beer, Ales specifically. Real [3], cask aged, non pasteurized and awesomely fresh ales to be be exact. On Fridays, they crack a 10 Gallon "firkin" (10 gallon cask) and serve it up gravity fed style through something called a Beer Machine. If all this sounds fantastic, it pales in comparison to the taste of the beer itself. What better place to relax, and meet Drew?

This year's Ohio LinuxFest [4] will be held September 28 through September
30 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC).
Ohio LinuxFest University [5]

, including Linux Professional Institute (LPI) and
LOPSA, the League of Professional System Administrators, training will
be offered on Friday.
Keynotes, presentations [6], and community exhibits [7]
will be on Saturday. LPI certification will be held on Sunday. For full

Admission to Ohio Linux Fest is Free; OLFU and LPI have additional costs. An
All-Conference pass is available that includes a "backstage" pass,
access to the conference suite, lunch during the main event, free drinks
during the after party, and much, much more! Registration for all

The Ohio LinuxFest is a free, grassroots conference for the Linux and
Free/Open Source Software (FOSS) community. Started in 2003 as a large
meeting between Linux User Groups, the Ohio LinuxFest has grown into an
major conference that brings software freedom enthusiasts together from
all over the world.
