charged twice for conference pass

Hi,
I registered for the conference pass Registration id: 1764 but was charged twice. The first time I tried to register I received an error message on the purchase page. So I went through the process a second time with a different credit card. The second time it worked and I received my conference pass information. However today I noticed the both of my credit cards were charged $65. Can you please refund one of my credit cards the $65?
Please let me know how to proceed or who to contact.

This transaction was declined due to AVS (Address Verification Service ) Mismatch. This is because the address that entered does not match the address on file with the customers credit card company.
When this happens, a pending authorization is placed on the credit card. This pending hold will usually be released within a couple of days but can be held up to 30 days on the credit card.
So the you will see a pending charge, but this will never process through.
We can contact your credit card company to have the pending authorization removed from your account, but of course we do not store your account information, so we would have to do this over the phone. Please contact me at mike@ohiolinux.org.
